Description

  • Manage, mentor, develop and inspire the wider finance team, ensuring alignment with company goals and a strong culture of high performance.
  • Oversee the maintenance of the financial ledgers and manage accounting processes in line with Group policies.
  • Responsible for overheads and liaising with cost centre owners on cost management, ensuring ownership across the business.
  • Liaise with Group Finance on Treasury, Financial Accounting and Group Reporting.
  • Full responsibility for balance sheet control and reconciliations to ensure the financial integrity of the company's management accounts and ledgers.
  • Production of year end statutory accounts and key liaison with company auditors.
  • Oversee Cash flow, debt, and debt collection. Including working with the Commercial team to drive improvements in customer contracts supporting improved debt position.
  • Continuously identify, design, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Profile

  • A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
  • Strong experience in financial control
  • Proven ability to manage complex financial operations and reporting.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performing teams.
