One of our Public Sector clients based in Worcestershire is looking for 2 Building Surveyors on an interim basis for 3-6 months initially.

Ideally you will:

Be RICS or CIOB qualified (although not essential)
Based Locally to Worcestershire (5 days in office/on site - site mileage is covered)
Have 2+ years experience within a social housing background.

Responsibilities include:

Disrepair reports
Damp & Mould along with general building surveying duties.
Fire safety compliance on residential properties, both pre and post works.Interviews to be taking place as soon as next week!
