Are you an experienced Press Brake Operator or Programmer looking to take your metalworking skills to the next level?

Our client in Thatcham is seeking a motivated and detail-focused individual, ideally with proven experience in operating and programming press brake machinery, to join their team!

In this hands-on role, you'll work with precision machinery to bend, shape, and form metal parts that become the backbone of robust outdoor structures. Hours of Work:

* Monday to Friday

* 40 hours per week

Salary:

* £16.00 - £18.00 per hour (depending on experience)

The Role:

* Operating press brake machines to bend and form metal sheets and components

* Setting up equipment and adjusting tooling/dies to achieve desired results

* Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications

* Measuring and inspecting finished components for accuracy and quality

* Maintaining clean and safe equipment and work areas

* Following health and safety protocols at all times

You Will Be:

* Experienced in fully operating Press Brake machinery including programming and changing tools.

* Confident reading technical drawings and working to precise measurements.

* Familiar with health and safety practices in a manufacturing environment.

* Skilled in basic maths and problem solving related to measurements and setup.
