SMART Repair Technician - Kent

Salary: Negotiable basic salary with a highly attractive OTE
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm

We are currently recruiting for a SMART Repair Technician for our client's Bodyshop in the Kent area.

The opportunity for a SMART Repair Technician is with a reputable main dealer who have a long history of providing an enviable level of service to their customer base for many years.

SMART Repair role:
* You will be working on chips, smaller paint repairs, and refurbishing Alloy wheels, scratches and dents. Some interior work.
* You will be working on in-house vehicles preparing the vehicles for the used car pitch or new vehicles that have received any scuffs in transit.
* Work must be done to a high standard.
* We are looking for someone who also has the communication skills necessary to boost sales and talk with customers who have their cars in for Service work and who may need minor repairs taken care of.

Requirements:
* Ideally you will have experience as a SMART repair Technician though we will consider other Bodyshop trades looking for a change that can demonstrate a good understanding.
* Must have a full UK driving licence.
* Strong customer service skills.
