MEP Quantity Surveyor - Dudley (Office-Based with UK Travel)

We are working with a well-established and highly regarded building services contractor based in Dudley, who are looking to appoint an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly, supportive business where you will play a key role in managing projects from cradle to grave across a variety of sectors.

The Role:

* Full commercial management of M&E projects from tender through to final account

* Cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting

* Procurement of subcontractors and materials

* Managing variations, valuations, and payments

* Preparing and negotiating final accounts

* Supporting estimating where required

* Liaising with clients, project teams, and site staff

* Ensuring projects are delivered within budget and in line with commercial targets

Requirements:

* Proven experience as an M&E / Building Services Quantity Surveyor

* Strong understanding of mechanical & electrical packages

* Ability to manage projects independently from start to finish

* Experience across multiple projects and sectors

* Willingness to travel nationwide when required

* Strong commercial awareness and communication skills

Package:

* Salary: Negotiable depending on experience with package

* Office-based role in Dudley with UK-wide travel
