I am currently working with an Ofsted 'Good' secondary school based in Watford, Hertfordshire. They are currently seeking a Geography Teacher with a QTS or PGCE qualification.

The school is looking for two teaching assistants, one to work specifically within History and the other in various humanities subjects..___________________________________________________________________________Geography Teacher (Geography/Humanities):Location: Hertfordshire - WatfordPosition: Geography Teacher

Type of work: Supporting and providing additional support to students within History and other Humanities subjects.

Contract or position starting date: January 2026 (When schools return)Contract type (temp/perm/temp to perm) - Temporary (Long-term). This will definitely continue in the new academic year.Full time/part time: Full time ONLYMinimum rate of pay : £170 - £220 per day, depending on experience Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm (Hours could change depending on the school's needs) ___________________________________________________________________________Learning Support Assistant, Training & Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in a Humanities-based subject or History (Essential)

QTS or PGCE qualificationA real passion to get into teachingExperience working as a teaching assistant / Experience working with a wide range of Special education needs (Desirable but not essential)Reliable, Punctual and Committed (Essential)
