What will be expected of you?
Lead, support, and develop the New Business Assistants.
Oversee client onboarding: ID checks, AML/sanctions, data entry, and client care documents.
Ensure compliance with firm policies and escalate issues as required.
Handle complex queries and maintain accurate records.
Support process improvements, training, and performance reviews.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless client experience.
Experience in client service or compliance, ideally within legal/professional services.
Supervisory or mentoring background.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and IT skills.
