Essential Duties and Responsibilities
This CSR will be working in our Home Delivery division and will need to be able to work with limited supervision.
- Answer calls, process voicemails and emails in timely manner
- Customers, client and store reps
- Providing information in regards to appliance delivers and installation processes
- Other duties and tasks as assigned
- Research skills
- Critical thinking/problem solving skills
- Time management
- Experience working in a fast pace environment
- At least six months call center experience
- In a high call volume, fast paced environment
- Escalated call handling experience
- Able to sit for long periods of time
- Must be self-motivate
- Intermediate computer skills
- Microsoft office
- Outlook, excel, word
- Type 40 wpm/10 key 8,000 kph

Salary: $15.00 /hour
