As a Nursery Assistant working with Tradewind Recruitment, you will:

• Support babies and young children aged 0-5 in their daily routines
• Help deliver fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities
• Assist with personal care, feeding, and safeguarding
• Build strong, positive relationships with children and staff
• Contribute to a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment
• Work flexibly across a range of Birmingham nurseries

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliability and a positive attitude
• Experience in a nursery or childcare setting is desirable
• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• DBS on update service (or willing to apply)
