Business Development Manager - Full Fibre Business Broadband

Basic Salary: Up to £42,000 + Monthly Bonus up to £4,000

Location: North Leeds - Office-based

We're recruiting for an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive 100% new business sales across Leeds. You'll be representing a rapidly expanding telecoms provider, offering full fibre business broadband and connectivity solutions to companies of all sizes.

This is a chance to be at the forefront of next-generation connectivity—delivering ultra-fast, ultra-reliable broadband services designed specifically for the needs of modern businesses.

The Role - Business Development Manager:

* Identify and win new B2B clients across Leeds and the surrounding area.

* Sell a portfolio of business connectivity solutions, with a focus on full fibre broadband that delivers unrivalled speed, stability and performance.

* Generate leads through proactive outreach, networking, referrals, and local events.

* Hold client meetings, present tailored solutions, and close deals with decision-makers.

* Build a strong pipeline and achieve monthly revenue targets.

* Earn £4,000 in monthly bonus for hitting 100% of target - with an uncapped OTE.

About You:

* Proven track record as a Business Development Manager or B2B Sales Executive, with consistent success in winning new clients.

* Experience in telecoms, broadband, IT, or technology sales is advantageous—but strong new business hunters from other B2B sectors will be considered.

* Confident communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.

* Driven, resilient, and motivated by uncapped earning potential.

* Based in Leeds or surrounding areas, with flexibility to travel for client meetings.
