Fire Door Carpenter - Remedials & Installs Location: Southeast London / Kent
Rate: £220 per day
Contract: Long-term, 3-month rolling
Start Date: ASAP
Pay: Weekly (every Friday)

About the Role: We're seeking skilled and reliable Fire Door Carpenters to carry out fire door installation and remedial works on a range of sites, including schools and public buildings.

You'll be working to high standards, ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations, and contributing to the delivery of professional, high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Carry out fire door installs and remedial works to current fire safety standards

Inspect, adjust, and maintain fire doors and ironmongery

Work efficiently and safely across various live sites

Communicate effectively with site supervisors and team members

Maintain quality workmanship and attention to detail

Requirements: ? Proven experience in fire door installations and remedials
? Strong carpentry background
? Full UK driving licence, own car, and tools
? Good understanding of site health & safety
? Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Desirable (but not essential):
IPAF qualification

NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry or Joinery
