A recently Ofsted-rated Good primary school in Finchley (N3) is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 EYFS Practitioner to join their mixed Nursery and Reception class from January 2026.

Requirements

* Must hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification

* Must have an enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to obtain one)

* Minimum of 1 year's experience working within the EYFS

* Strong knowledge of the EYFS Framework

* A positive, nurturing approach to supporting early learning

Roles and Responsibilities

* Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing through high-quality interactions and activities

* Assist in planning, preparing, and delivering engaging EYFS activities in line with the curriculum

* Work closely with the class teacher and EYFS team to maintain a stimulating and safe learning environment

* Observe, assess, and record children's progress

* Provide individual and small-group support where needed

* Build strong relationships with children, staff, and parents

* Promote the school's values and contribute to a warm, inclusive classroom atmosphere
