Long Term Futures are working with a large and inclusive secondary school in Enfield to recruit a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join their pastoral and inclusion team.

This role is perfect for someone who has a genuine interest in behaviour support and youth development, and is looking for a position that makes a long-term impact.

Your Role Will Include:

Acting as a consistent support figure for students who need help with emotional regulation, routine, and re-engagement
Working alongside the school's behaviour lead to deliver individual mentoring programmes and small group sessions
Supporting students in lessons to keep them focused, positive, and on track
Helping manage the internal exclusion space, working with students who need time out of class
Building strong relationships with pupils, offering daily guidance and ensuring they're equipped to succeed
Assisting with parent meetings, pastoral reviews, and reintegration plans

What You'll Bring:

Experience working with young people, ideally in a secondary or alternative provision setting
A calm and confident approach when dealing with behavioural challenges
A positive attitude and the ability to build trust quickly
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Background in youth work, mentoring, psychology, or a similar discipline (desirable)
