Salary - £23,000, £30,000 guarantee first 3 months + Commission.

The opening hours of the branch are 8:45am - 6:30pm Monday to Thursday, 8:45am - 6pm on Fridays and 9:30am - 4pm on Saturdays.

Full license and own car required.

Our client is looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join their busy team based in Acton. Candidates will have excellent negotiation skills, be articulate, well presented, and keen to further their career with a leading company.It is essential you are an experienced negotiator with good knowledge of the property sector.

The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, be prepared to work hard, add to their high reputation for honesty, service, and excellent levels of communication.

Responsibilities:

• Generate viewings and Canvassing
• Minimum 1 years’ experience required
• Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database
• Providing applicants and landlord with regular feedback
• Facilitating a let through to move in
