Job Summary

We are currently recruiting Health Care assistants for our Care Home client within the North-
West of England. Our client has numerous Care Homes throughout the UK and are currently
recruiting in some of their Kendal care homes. A successful candidate will be patient and
caring and able to provide a quality service to residents within a care home environment
whilst enabling them to lead an active and independent life.

Job Role

Our successful candidates will:-


* Be an essential part of the team, promoting the well-being and providing the highest
quality care to residents

* Assist the Deputy Manager and Senior Staff in providing the highest possible standards
of care to all clients

* Ensure that the care provided complies with the requirements of individual care plans

* Ensure that the correct and proper documentation and records are maintained in
compliance with Company Policies and Procedures.

* Assist with the serving of food, spending time as appropriate to ensure that meal times
are an enjoyable experience

* Co-operate with the housekeeping staff & other colleagues to maintain a clean, safe
& tidy home environment

* Attend all staff and other meetings and compulsory training courses when required


Education, Skills and qualifications

Previous care experience is desirable, but not essential. However, you should have a caring and
