We are currently recruiting for a 12 month maternity cover for a top investment firm based in stunning offices in central London. A role within this busy environment supportigng senior managers requires someone who is proactive and uses their initiative. This role would see you assistign with the following:-
What we are looking for
- Looking after complex diary management for managers
- Scheduling meetings and calls across different time-zones.
- Arrangign weekly travel arrangementsacross different regions.
- Coordinating events (virtual at the moment) sending invites, managing RSVPs and ensuring all is organised seamlessly.
- Updating the CRM
- Processing expenses
It’s important that someone has come from a fast-paced finance environment where attention to detail is paramount. You will be
- Aware of everything that is going on across the team and able to look ahead keeping an eye out for clashes in the diary.
- A strong communicator - able to deal with key clients and intetrnal stakholders in a clear and professional manner
- Confident working in a deadline driven environment
- Incredibly well organised adn able to multitask
- Tech savvy with advanced MS Office Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
