In this role the Senior IT Support Engineer will be migrating and upgrading a business from Server 2012 to Server 2022 ensuring AD, DNS replicates correctly and line of business applications still work. As well as providing support and help to thousands of young people into IT apprenticeships.

The ideal Senior IT Support Engineer will have experience in an IT Support role working with Windows Server 2012 to 2022, Advanced Networking and has a good knowledge of Office 365, Azure and Hybrid environments.

The Role:

2nd/ 3rd Line Support
Migrating and upgrading servers
Planning or assisting with projects requiring more technical inputThe Person:

Technical Support Experience including higher 2nd Line work
Wanting to join a company with continual learning and development
