About the role:

The school are looking to appoint an exceptional qualified teacher to join them as a teacher or second in charge of Geography, starting from January 2024. You will report into the Head of Geography and will support them to promote the work and help raising standards of attainment across the department. You will work closely with colleagues to develop and maintain high standards of teaching and learning across the Geography Department. As the new Geography teacher or second in charge of Geography you will be instrumental in laying the foundation of outstanding standards of education and creating a stimulating and purposeful environment, where pupils can make excellent progress. You will need to have up to date knowledge of Geography Teaching and behaviour management strategies. The school are looking for a passionate and driven individual with good communication and organisational skill and the desire to make a difference to the lives of pupils and their communities.
