Associate Director - Engineering Consultancy

£70 - £80,000 per annum plus allowance, annual bonus between £6 - £12,000, healthcare, pension

We are working on behalf of one of the UK's Leading Engineering and Commercial Property Consultancies which due to growth, they are now looking for an Associate Director - with Mechanical or Electrical Asset Engineering skills for their Birmingham office.

 This position is perfect for individuals who come from an Electrical or/and Mechanical building services consultancy background, and who are either at this level or looking to take the next step in their journey. into a more technical in-house consultancy environment, working within multiple sectors such as Commercial blue chip clients, financial and banking organisations, real estate managing agents, government organisation and private sector prestigious customers.

Technically minded / Electrically / Mechanically / Air Conditioning
HVAC Experienced and knowledgeable.
Ambitious and driven.
Career-minded.
Articulate both verbally and grammatically.
Excellent communicator at all levels
Building Services MEP Asset Management Engineering/Consultancy
Technical Due Diligence, Condition Surveys, Performance Specifications, Plant Replacement projects, Maintenance Strategies, Life Cycle Costing, and Development Monitoring.
Building and maintaining a deep understanding of existing clients.
