Temp to Perm The Role

Working within a tight knit team as part of the Southern team, we have an opening for a Maintenance Technician to operate within Bristol and the surrounding area in the SW. The role will be responsible for the maintenance and care of both interior and exterior planting displays in our customers premises, including watering, cleaning, pruning, pest control, and replacement of any plants that are not up to standard. Our Field based Technicians travel from home to their customers each day, and need to be able to drive a company supplied van in order to move between calls, so a full driving license is required.

The Person

Self-motivated, efficient, able to manage their time and workload, you will need to have excellent people skills. As the face of our client , you will need to give great customer service and be a friendly 'face' and be a true ambassador for the company by looking after our client needs.

Physical fit (the role is hands on and includes lifting/moving heavy items, you will need to have an interest in plants and enjoy working with them, along with strong organisational skills and a desire to learn. A willingness to act on initiative and able to work to deadlines are a must

Benefits

For people new to the sector full training will be given with a starting rate of £11 hour with a review after 6 months, and for those with experience of the sector, salary will be £12/14 hour dependent on experience.
