Job Description


The Documentation and Sales Support Specialist will assist with the daily and periodic functions of the Documentation department as well as accurate processing of new lease documents and boarding.

  • Maintain proper lease documentation, balanced records and coding classifications

  • Review accuracy and structure of bank loan documents, credit policy requirements, appropriate deal structure, funding documents, lease/finance contracts and other lease documents

  • Complete accurate data entry of new lease/loan documents

  • BOE document reporting and compliance

  • Prepare bank loan documents and lease documents for client approval and signature

  • Prepare and facilitate vendor payments through completion

  • Organize, maintain, scan, and archive up-to-date documentation, records, and logs

  • Recommend changes in documentation procedures to the General Manager and implement approved changes

  • Design/upgrade/implement checklists, procedures, and manuals as needed

  • Effectively support and communicate with the various departments and staff members in the office

  • Work within Microsoft Office and Leasing Software to perform various daily functions

  • Communicate and resolve client and vendor requests via phone, email, mail or in-person

  • Daily filing, meeting of deadlines, and other tasks per business necessity

  • Assist in Documentation Team recruiting process
