Planning Solicitor

At EMW Law, you'll be part of a friendly, supportive environment that values professional growth and high-quality work. As a Planning Solicitor based in our Milton Keynes office, you'll work on a broad range of planning law matters for a varied client base.
Your day-to-day will include:

• Provide legal advice and draft documents on planning issues.
• Handle negotiations with local authorities, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Manage your own matters while contributing to team projects.
• Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues, delivering clear, commercial advice.
• Stay updated on relevant legislation and case law to ensure best practice.

• Sound legal knowledge and excellent drafting skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• High attention to detail and organisational ability.
• Commercial and financial awareness, with the ability to listen and respond to client needs.
• Qualified Solicitor with excellent academics and ambition for career development.
