We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Service Coordinator. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, grow within the company, and take on a key role in supporting our engineering operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Liaising with engineers to schedule and manage service jobs

* Booking jobs into the system and ensuring timely follow-ups

* Ordering parts and tracking deliveries

* Ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and accurately

* Using geographical knowledge to assist with planning and logistics

Ideal Candidate:

* Willing to learn and progress within the company

* Some knowledge or interest in plant machinery (preferred but not essential)

* Strong organisational and communication skills

* Good understanding of UK geography

* Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented
