Behind the scenes, they need a sharp finance professional to keep them on track — someone who can hold budgets, manage contracts, advise their senior leadership team and make sure they stay the right side of our host organisation's policies. You'll be comfortable in an NHS or public sector environment, confident in a room with senior leaders, and the kind of person who sees a risk register as a tool rather than a chore.
