Are you a passionate, experienced leader in adult social care? We are looking for a Registered Area Manager to join our growing team and oversee multiple services across Lancashire.

As a Registered Area Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across our adult support services. You'll be responsible for managing Registered Managers, ensuring CQC compliance, promoting person-centred care, and driving continuous improvement.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple adult care services (residential, supported living, or domiciliary)

• Ensure services meet or exceed CQC standards and company expectations

• Lead, support, and develop Registered Managers and frontline staff

• Monitor service quality, budgets, occupancy levels, and staffing

• Promote a culture of dignity, respect, and inclusion for service users

• Support the development and implementation of policies and procedures

• Drive service improvements and manage change effectively

• Represent the organisation in external audits, inspections, and meetings

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent)

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a management role within adult social care

• Proven track record of achieving 'Good' or 'Outstanding' CQC ratings

• Strong leadership and people management skills

• Excellent understanding of safeguarding, risk management, and person-centred care

• Ability to work flexibly and travel across the area as required

• Current registration with CQC or eligibility to become a Registered Manager
