Sales Manager Opportunity

Pay £50,000.00 - £55,000.00 salary depending on experience + Car Allowance.

(Mostly remote, but expected to be in office minimum once a week, based in Redditch)

Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to drive the companies B2B & B2C business within the ecommerce/fulfilment and logistics industries

A strong successful sales background is essential

Candidates must be from a logistics background and ideally based in the midlands or northwest area. (May include requirements to travel in the UK and abroad)

Requirements for the role

• Excellent negotiating skills

• Create your own leads and maintain a full weekly diary

• A dynamic, pro-active approach to working with customers, quickly addressing their needs and ensuring any issues and challenges are resolved swiftly

• A proven ability to put the customer's requirements at the heart of what we do, striving to deliver high quality customer service at all times

• Strong understanding of B2B & B2C and working collaboratively across functions to achieve success

• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of organisations

• Track record of managing multiple commercial processes (budgets, contract renegotiation, KPI measurement), forecasting precisely, and identifying the solutions we can offer resulting in a positive commercial outcome for the business and customers

• Full Clean Driving License

The hours of work are Monday - Friday, 08:30am - 05:30pm.
