Location: Maidstone, Head Office (Permanent, On-Site)

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience.

Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)

The Opportunity:

We are looking for an organised, detail-oriented, and proactive Sales Account Administrator to join our team at head office. This is a full-time, on-site position supporting the sales team and playing a key role in account management, customer service, and local business development.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the sales and account management teams
Maintain accurate customer records and sales data
Process sales orders, quotes, and invoices in a timely manner
Coordinate internal communications between departments to support client needs
Respond to customer enquiries and ensure a high standard of service
Identify and reach out to new potential local business prospects
Make outbound calls to introduce RGVA and generate new business opportunities
Attend occasional customer visits when prospecting for local business
Support the team in preparing for and attending trade shows and industry events
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as neededWhat We're Looking For:

Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Comfortable with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Confident making outbound calls and speaking with potential customers
Willing and able to visit local prospects occasionally as part of lead generation
Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Willingness to attend trade shows and events as required
