Private PA - Remote (within 45 mins striking distance from Kensington) £85/90k + bonus + bens

This is a busy I interesting role for someone used to giving quick response and dealing with the small as well as the big projects. Weekly meet up at the house in Kensington to go over the future week's agenda and to pop over occasionally when the Principal needs assistance from time to time. No long distant remote PA's can be considered because of the house visits that may come out of the blue.

Charming Principal but will expect quick response and high standards.

MUST have proven remote experience supporting an UHNW in a private capacity to be considered.

Our clients are seeking a highly experienced Private Personal Assistant ideally with a minimum of 5 years' experience supporting UHNW individuals in a household setting. This role is based within a fully staffed Kensington residence and requires a hands-on, discreet, and detail-oriented PA who is confident, proactive, and calm under pressure.

You will be supporting a dynamic and engaging Principal with a busy lifestyle, including lots of exciting travel, working closely with the wider household team. Strong communication skills (written and spoken), a high level of initiative, and the ability to manage both large and small tasks with equal care are essential. A background working 1:1 with UHNW clients and understanding the pace and expectations of this environment is key.

Responsibilities include full calendar and diary management, household admin, coordinating private and professional meetings, arranging complex family travel, and ensuring all logistics are smooth and well communicated. You'll also assist with family and children's administration, event planning, and occasional personal shopping and gifting.

This is a fast-paced, sometimes pressurised role, suited to someone who thrives in a high-performing team, remains flexible to out-of-hours contact, and is solution-driven with a positive, hands-on attitude. Some remote work is possible when the Principal is travelling.

  • Providing full secretarial & administrative support to Principal & family Diary Management Working/liaising closely with BTB's PA & assisting where necessary Extensive international travel arrangements; Private Jet bookings, Yacht Charters, researching hotels/making reservations, creating itineraries, arranging visas, vaccinations for travel & keeping covid documentation up to date Worldwide restaurant reservations & booking of activities for the principal & family.
  • Organising family excursions; theatre, shows & day trips Assisting in the coordination of events/parties & projects Working alongside the Nanny with regards to the children; updating the children's calendars, making payments for school activities, arranging drivers to collect children from school
  • Sourcing, purchasing, customisation of high-end fashion items Producing a range of gift ideas for Principals, family & staff, purchasing & creating/keeping log. Organising Christmas card production and address lists Family shopping
  • Managing deliveries, unboxing of items & organising the processing & shipping of returns Booking & coordination of medical appointments for the principal & family & liaising with Bupa re; medical cover
  • Running personal errands Settling household/personal invoices in conjunction with BTBs PA Assisting the interior designer with sourcing & purchasing items Organising ad-hoc tailoring, handymen, cleaners, plumbers & electricians, upholstery cleaning if required Ad-hoc IT support, organising remote login access for troubleshooting, & repairs e.g. printer, set up of new email accounts for staff, printing of documents Liaising with neighbourhood security team. Managing subscriptions
  • Out of hours support & total flexibility on working hours when required Resourceful and proactive problem-solver
  • Takes ownership and communicates professionally when mistakes occur Tech-savvy; proficient in Instagram and digital tools Double-checks emails for accuracy and clarity Independently researches travel/logistics using AI and other tools
  • Stays available and ensures transport/bookings are correctly managed and confirmed.
