NC Programmer
Salary: Up to £90,000 per year

We are an advanced aeronautical manufacturing facility specialising in high-precision airframe structures and aerospace components. Operating across modern UK and international manufacturing sites, we deliver complex machining solutions for major aerospace customers using state-of-the-art 5-axis technology.
Due to the award of several new long-term aerospace contracts, we are seeking an experienced NC Programmer / 3D CAD Technician to join our Engineering team in Swindon.
Role Responsibilities
3D modelling and NC programming in CATIA V5.
Create NC setups, manufacturing drawings and process files.
Read and interpret Airbus 2D drawings/specifications.
Design fixtures and produce BOMs and supporting documentation.
Full NC program verification using Vericut and resolving errors.
Support 5-axis machining with Heidenhain and Siemens 840D controls.
Produce detailed process and manufacturing documentation.Experience Needed

CATIA V5 Fundamentals & Manufacturing (accredited).
Vericut 8 training.
Experience with fixture design and cutting tool technology.
Knowledge of Siemens 840D and Heidenhain iTNC530/640.
