M4 Bristol are working with an established family business whoare expanding.

We are looking for Chilled Warehouse operatives to work as pickers and packers.

This hands-on, physically active role requires working in a temperature-controlled environment - where accuracy and efficiency are paramount.

Due to location you will also need your own transport.

PPT or LLOP Licenses preferred but not essential - full training will be given for right candidates.

Hours: Monday - Saturday, five shifts per week on rota basis

Shift Times: (Apply online only), (Apply online only); Saturdays one shift (Apply online only) with flexibility to stay longer on shift if required.

Overtime: Overtime pay after 40 hours at 1.25 x standard pay

Main Duties

* Accurate picking and stock rotation of customer orders

* Stock replenishment and maintaining a safe, clean working environment

* Loading and securing orders on delivery vehicles

* Complying with food hygiene regulations

Important Notes

* This role requires manual handling and adherence to strict hygiene standards.

* Due to food hygiene regulations only one solid wedding band is permitted. No earrings, studs, bracelets, necklaces, makeup, strong smelling deodorants or perfumes are permitted in the production area.

* Reliable transportation to the Tewkesbury site is necessary, as public transport may not align with shift times.
