Regional Procurement Manager

We are working with a leading property developer to help find a Regional Procurement Manager to join their team where you will have the day to day direction and control of purchase/ hire of goods, plant & services to ensure that business objectives around project delivery, profit, risk and sustainability are met.

Key Responsibilities and previous experience include but not limited to:

Production and issue of buying schedule inline with the site team
Supporting the group Supply Chain Family in achieving results
Effective use/ application to the agreed purchasing procedures including ISO9001 and 14001
Ensuring invoice queries are progressed in liaison with the accounts function
Ensuring schedules, orders and material deliveries are completed in line with the construction programme
Carry out annual and interim performance and development reviews
Good negotiation skills
Knowledge of Health & Safety
Proficient in COINS and Microsoft Package
