Electrical Contracts Manager

My client is seeking an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager or a senior electrical professional who has a proven track record in delivering commercial and industrial projects. This role offers long-term stability within a well-established M&E contractor, providing autonomy, opportunities for progression, and a chance to contribute significantly to business growth.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Survey, quote, and manage commercial and industrial electrical contracts from inception to completion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new customers.
- Prepare accurate quotations and tenders, ensuring timely submissions.
- Manage projects effectively to meet cost, quality, programme, and product targets.
- Oversee the procurement of materials and services to ensure best buying practices.
- Assess labour requirements and coordinate workforce through planning meetings.
- Support administrative processes to finalise sales invoices.
- Provide continuous project management from order through to completion.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Recognised Electrical Installation qualifications.
- Proven experience in Contracts Management, Project Management, or a Supervisory role within the electrical sector.
- Strong background in commercial and/or industrial electrical projects.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of electrical installations and regulations.
