This position assembles aluminum doors in accordance to daily production schedule and meets company quality requirements.
What You Will Be Doing:
Assemble aluminum doors per production schedule and company requirements.
Communicate effectively with Supervisor/Production Manager and employees regarding problems, schedule, inspection and completion of items.
Scan and post jobs per company defined process.
Make own setups on door press machine.
Inspect finished product for defects and quality.
Read measuring devices and schedules.
Follow company policies, core values, 5 “S”, and safety/quality standards and procedures.
Responsible for maintaining clean area.
Inform Supervisor/Production Manager when need parts.
Work company assigned hours for the position and additional hours if needed (regular and predictable attendance required).
Tear down scrap/fill out daily scrap report.

Education & Experience:
High School Diploma or GED
One to two years of manufacturing experience is required.
