Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM
Pay Rate: From £12.21 per hour (dependent on experience)

Job Summary:
We are looking for experienced Embroidery Operatives/Machinists to join the evening shift team. You will be operating industrial embroidery machines to personalise garments to client specifications. This role suits someone who has a good eye for detail, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and has prior experience in embroidery or sewing.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate industrial embroidery machines (e.g., Barudan, Tajima, or similar)

Set up garments and threads according to job specifications

Load embroidery designs and perform machine adjustments as needed

Inspect garments for quality and accuracy

Carry out basic maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery

Maintain a clean and organised work area

Meet production targets and deadlines

Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth workflow

Candidate Requirements:

Previous experience in machine embroidery or sewing is essential

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment

High attention to detail and commitment to quality

Reliable, punctual, and flexible with working hours

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Understanding of health & safety in a manufacturing environment
