Are you a detail-driven Site Engineer looking to make an impact on major construction projects? We're looking for a technically skilled and motivated individual to support the delivery of complex works, ensuring technical viability, compliance, and continual improvement across all phases of a project.

What You'll Be Doing:

Take ownership of the technical elements of project works, ensuring compliance with contract specifications and drawings.
Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients, consultants, and delivery teams.
Implement company strategies and policies on health & safety, quality, environmental, and sustainability practices.
Support and drive continuous improvement across site operations.
Maintain clear and accurate site records to confirm compliance.
Assist and mentor junior team members, supporting their ongoing development and appraisals.
Contribute to solving problems on-site and improving project outcomes through initiative and attention to detail.

What We're Looking For:

Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant construction subject (essential).
Site-based experience as a Site Engineer with a main contractor (essential).
Familiarity with industry health & safety standards (Safety Level 1 course and appropriate CSCS Card required).
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
Previous experience as a Graduate or Trainee Site Engineer beneficial.
Excellent communication, time management, and planning abilities.
