Pipe Fitter Needed in Manchester:

Location: Manchester
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 07:00-16:30; Friday, 07:00-15:30 (44 hours per week, flexibility given and required)
Salary: £19-£23 per hour
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-TimeOur client, a leading specialist in vehicle conversions and coach building, is looking for an experienced and passionate Pipe Fitter to join their expanding Manchester-based team. Key Responsibilities for the Pipe Fitter:

 Measure and mark pipes for cutting, threading, and welding
 Thread and bend pipes by hand or using machines
 Repair systems using various welding and plumbing techniques
 Attach pipework securely to structures and eliminate water ingress
 Seal routes of pipework and check for leaks or weak joints
 Carry out welding, soldering, brazing, and fusing of pipework
 Read and interpret drawings/specs to plan and install piping systems in vehicles
 Perform testing on completed work to ensure quality and complianceWhat We're Looking For from the Pipe Fitter:

 Previous experience as a Mechanical or Pipe Fitter
 Strong understanding of manufacturing processes
 Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team
 Own transportation or reliable access to sit
