Remedicare staffing are looking for a proactive and dedicated Business Manager to support the Principal and help lead our exceptional private dental practice based in Milton Keynes.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering a competitive salary of £30,000 per annum, ideal for someone who thrives in a leadership role and is passionate about delivering clinical excellence and business growth.

About the Role

As our new Business Manager, you will:

Provide direct clinical and operational support to the Principal Dentist.

Oversee projects that enhance the patient journey, practice efficiency, and team performance.

Drive and maintain day-to-day management, ensuring the practice runs smoothly and complies with CQC and GDC guidelines.

Support the team in meeting KPIs and delivering excellent patient care.

*

Be involved in strategic planning and business development initiatives.

What We're Looking For

✅ Experience in dental or healthcare management
✅ Strong leadership and communication skills
✅ Organised, reliable, and confident with problem-solving
✅ Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and lead a team effectively
✅ Knowledge of compliance, HR, and practice operations is highly desirable

Practice Hours

Monday to Friday: 09:00 - 17:30

Weekends: Closed
