We're looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Administrator to join a busy team based in Tewkesbury. If you enjoy variety in your day, thrive in a collaborative environment, and like being the go-to person who keeps everything ticking along, this could be the perfect fit.

The Role

As an Administrator, you'll be a key part of a supportive team, handling a wide range of tasks from production support to general office coordination. Your work will make sure production stays on track and the office runs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Team Support

* Provide admin support to the Engineering teams, including data entry and time management.

* Assist with the production and formatting of documents, spreadsheets, client contracts, and reports.

* Confidently use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) to manage documents and databases.

* Maintain training records, book courses, and ensure compliance for the team.

* Organise travel and accommodation bookings.

* Support invoicing processes and reporting.

* Work with colleagues to maintain team trackers and databases.

Office Support

* Order and maintain stationery, supplies, and PPE equipment.

* Assist with finance admin such as credit card reconciliations.

* Answer phones, handle messages, and provide general admin support.

* Offer holiday cover for other admin colleagues.

* Ensure policies and procedures are followed.

About You

Essential Experience & Skills

* 3-5 years' administration experience.

* Strong data entry and record-keeping skills.

* Solid background in a busy office environment.

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).

* Excellent attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication.

* Great organisational skills and a professional phone manner.

Qualifications
