Salter Grange is now recruiting for a Commercial Manager to join a European Market Leader in the Mission Critical Sector for a high-profile Data Centre in France.

Commercial Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage and review the commercial performance of the projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure the CCS reporting is formulated accurately and submitted on time.
- To ensure all projects are driven to provide the best value solutions and delivered on time and within budget.
- Commercial control of the Division allocated to them.
- Collation, review presentation, and the management of subsequent actions arising from the monthly cost reviews.
- Manage the commercial team to engender their continued improvement and technical development.
- To ensure all projects are driven to provide the best value solutions and delivered on time and within budget.
- Promote continuous improvement with the commercial discipline of the business.
- Manage the close of completed projects to the best commercial advantage of the company.
- Regularly review business processes and promote the evolution of better working practices.
Commercial Manager Requirements:
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Construction Management, or related degree.
- 5+ years’ experience in a Commercial Manager Role, ideally on large fast-paced projects.
- Mission-critical project experience is desirable but not essential.
- Experience leading and managing commercial teams.
