They are seeking an experienced and ambitious Franchise Manager to join their company, due to exciting business expansion. This is a confidential search for a key role that will help drive franchise performance, brand growth, and operational excellence across an expanding network.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day operations and performance of franchise dealerships within your assigned region.

* Ensure all franchises comply with manufacturer standards, policies, and operational guidelines.

* Drive sales, service, and aftersales performance, meeting and exceeding agreed KPIs.

* Build strong relationships with franchise partners and dealership teams, providing guidance, support, and training.

* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.

* Support strategic initiatives aligned with the company's expansion plans, ensuring operational consistency and brand excellence.

* Report directly to the Group Operations Director, providing regular updates on performance, issues, and opportunities.

Candidate Profile:

* Proven experience in automotive franchise or dealership management, ideally across multiple brands.

* Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

* Commercially focused with a track record of achieving sales and profitability targets.

* Experienced in operational management, performance monitoring, and team development.

* Flexible and willing to travel regionally to support franchise operations.
