About the Role

As a Candidate Consultant / Resourcer, you'll play a key role in supporting our Recruitment Consultants by sourcing, screening and managing relationships with candidates seeking roles in schools. You'll help match people to positions that truly make a difference in children's lives. This is a great opportunity to build a long-term career in recruitment while developing valuable skills in communication, sales, and education.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

* Writing job adverts and posting them on multiple platforms

* Screening and interviewing candidates

* Building and maintaining strong candidate relationships

* Supporting compliance and safeguarding checks

* Managing CV databases and updating internal systems

* Coordinating interviews and placements

* Supporting consultants with administrative and recruitment tasks

We're Looking For:

* A recent graduate OR someone with experience in sales, retail, customer service, or admin

* Someone who's confident on the phone and enjoys building rapport

* Super organised, with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

* Positive, team-first attitude and the drive to learn and grow

* Interest in the education sector is a big plus!
