Secondary School Teaching Assistant - Graduates Welcome

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a secondary school looking for a Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable school-based experience in a supportive and dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will support teachers in delivering lessons, work with students on a one-to-one or small group basis, and help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.

What we're looking for:

Someone enthusiastic and reliable with a genuine interest in working with young people

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Previous experience in education or working with children is helpful but not essential

A willingness to learn and take on different responsibilities

We are also looking for Cover Supervisors to step into the classroom and deliver pre-set work during teacher absences. This is a great role for anyone considering teacher training or exploring a long-term career in education.
