Finance Manager

£65K + Bonus

Central London

My client are a fast growing multi national recruitment company and are looking for a Finance Manager to join the team.

Duties:

• Reporting into the Finance Controller
• Responsible for delivery of monthly Management Accounts and quarterly Board Packs
• Management of all transactional processes
• Management of Accountants and other finance staff
• Responsible for payroll across three regions (US and EMEA) as well as commissions and bonus calculations for employees
• Ownership of day-to-day Group Treasury requirements, including management of Invoice Discounting Facility
• Ownership of cost base, keeping all records up to date and ensuring all spend is appropriate
• Primary day to day contact for external auditors
• Liaising with external accountants in the US and EMEA
• Prepare VAT & other tax submissions

Requirements:

• Preferably 1-2 years’ experience in a similar level of role but looking to gain experience in a larger or faster growing business
• Experience of managing junior staff
• Good systems skills include Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confident and able to liaise with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Positive with a good sense of humour and empathy for others
• Enjoys being part of a team and supporting others
