This is a mixture of office & site-based working.

Job Role: Fire Door Contracts Manager

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + package (DOE)

Duration: Permanent

Location: City of London

Contracts Manager Responsibilities:

Conduct risk assessments on contractual agreements and identify potential issues
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
Collaborate with project teams to ensure contract terms and conditions align with project objectivesContracts Manager Person Specification:

Strong knowledge of fire door regulations
Ability to manage several projects
