Aspiring Youth Intervention Worker - LSA Role

We're looking for a passionate Learning Support Assistant to support young people in Dorking, particularly those with SEN and SEMH needs.

What You'll Do:

Support students 1:1 and in small groups

Assist with emotional and behavioural regulation

Help deliver targeted interventions

Work alongside teachers and support staff

What We're Looking For:

Interest in youth or intervention work

Patient, empathetic, and a strong communicator

Experience with young people (preferred but not essential)

Relevant qualifications (desirable)
