About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated HLTA to support Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 students in their academic and personal development. This full-time, long-term position starts on 1st September 2025 and offers a competitive daily rate of £100 - £120.

As an HLTA, you will:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons to small groups or whole classes in the absence of the teacher.

• Provide tailored support to students with diverse learning needs, helping them achieve their full potential.

• Collaborate closely with teachers to plan and implement creative learning activities.

• Assist in assessing student progress and contributing to their individual learning plans.

• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and growth.

What We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate will:
