Role: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Swadlincote, Derbyshire / Hybrid Working

Sectors: Retail Construction & Fit-Out

Unite People Build is working with an established, privately owned main contractor to recruit a Quantity Surveyor in the East Midlands region. To work with their commercial team on a full-time, permanent basis.

As a Quantity Surveyor. You will be working with a company that partners with a number of clients on a framework basis and specialises in providing fit-out solutions. You will be working with an experienced commercial team, which is currently growing and providing opportunities to progress.

Due to the nature of the works. Duties can be undertaken in a hybrid capacity, with remote working, office working and site meetings required

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

* Cost Plans

* Engaged in pre-start meetings & clients representatives

* Sub-contractor procurement, orders, payments

* CVR's

* Valuations

* Cashflow forecasting

* Final accounts

* Project financial reporting

Your background:

* Construction related qualification preferred but not essential

* Experience working for a retail or fit-out contractor preferred
