Position Overview:
Due to natural expansion, our client is seeking a Solicitor from 1-3 years PQE within their Employment Law department. This is an office based role although after completion of probation period, flexibility is open.

Contentious and Non-Contentious matters
Unfair and wrongful dismissal
Redundancy and restrictive covenants
Discrimination
Equal opportunities and Equal Pay Act
Protected disclosure (whistleblowing) and data protection
TUPE transfers
Disciplinary and grievance procedures
Advocacy in the Employment Tribunal
Breach of contract
Harassment
Maternity and paternity matters
RestructuringRequirements:
Qualified Solicitor of England & Wales with 1-3 years PQE
Completed a seat within their training contract and continued in the field of Employment law
