Area Sales Manager

* Covering Yorkshire & Greater Manchester

* Hours - Monday to Friday 40 hours per week

* Salary - up to £38,000 per annum basic; realistic OTE £50K+

As an Area Sales Manager, you'll be working for a leading distribution company, tasked with developing and increasing sales and profit contribution in existing and new customers within your region (Yorkshire & Greater Manchester).

What You Will Be Doing:

* Plan and execute sales opportunities

* Strategically identify new business potential

* Contacting customers to ensure they have product knowledge

* Establish and maintain customer records, product profiles and pricing files.

* Assisting in the annual planning and budgeting process

What you will bring to the team:

* Extensive sales experience - background in food would be beneficial, but not essential

* Strong negotiation & networking skills

* Exceptional customer service

* Results orientated personality

* Valid UK driving licence
