Support the Store Manager in all aspects of running a successful retail store
Help recruit, train and motivate a brand-new team
Lead by example to deliver excellent service and drive store performance
Oversee key areas of retail operations including stock control, store standards and compliance
Step up to run the store in the Store Manager's absence
Ensure the team is engaged, focused and passionate about delivering results
Bring energy, ideas and a hands-on approach to a busy retail environmentWhat we're looking for:

Experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a customer-focused retail environment
A proven track record of supporting sales, service and people management
Strong organisational and communication skills
A positive, can-do attitude with the confidence to lead a team
Passion for delivering great customer service and achieving targets
Experience in new store openings is a bonus, but not essential
